Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a great first impression on buyers from a street perspective. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers shape their first opinion of your home and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance. Knowing this assists us in deciding what actions we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with retouched paint and colorful garden plants it's time to get those things done.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer picture themselves enjoying game night in your living room, reading a good book in your reading nook or getting work done in your home office? We want your home to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of comfort. I'll help you do this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your home's features. I'll advise you take away anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Table and counter tops should be cleared off. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and play time artwork should get stored away too. We need to "neutralize" the home so buyers can see it as their new home.
I'll review each room of your home. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively impact the sale.
Buyers' agents know that their clients like to see a place that charms them. Everything that could be uninviting should get moved out so that your home will have have likability to buyers.
Setting the Stage In the short time that your house will be on the market, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Shadows are a mood changer and we'll draw back curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to show off your property. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing softly and assure a pleasant scent flows throughout your home. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your chairs and bed. We want buyers to feel like your current house has the potential to be. |
