Application Process

Each person 18 years old or more who is applying to live in one of our units, must submit to us a signed and dated, complete application . If the unit you are applying for accepts pets you must complete a pet application.

The application process is quite simple and quick. The review and approval process usually takes 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified directly whether or not your application is approved. Please make sure that all information on the application is completed IN FULL. If there is a section or line that does not apply to you, please indicate by printing "N/A".

Please remember that you will be required to deliver in person to our office, the following items for each applicant:

1. A fully completed application.

2. Copy of a valid driver's license or state issued ID card.

3. Copy of Social Security Card or tax ID number.

4. Proof of income--2 recent pay stubs, S.S.I./Disability/AFDC statement or two years tax return if self employed.

Once You Are Approved

You will be notified of the total amount required to move in: 1st month's rent and deposit must be made payable as a money order or cashier's check. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR MOVE IN OR DEPOSIT. Make checks payable to Mallin Properties, Inc.

All applications are processed in order of receipt. The applicant who is 1st to pay the application fee, remit all the required documents, qualifies and pays the balance of the required move in costs after approval will be selected. Credit, employment and previous residency verifications will be made and used to base credit worthiness of applicant. All applicants are treated in a consistent manner. All restrictions, rules and criteria are applied consistency to all residents.
